I would contact a couple of local brokers of insurance and have them educate you on it and have them supply you a proposal for the service.
By calling multiple brokers, you will not have the risk of being led astray by one.
If you are really concerned about it, contact one from another state and build up your knowledge in this no risk environment.

I have looked at almost all of the PC pages and can’t find anything about out of province health insurance. I called on the telephone and all I got was a voice but I could not get directed to speak to a person, even though I went to other services and then they disconnected. I want to get a quote.
